Green Event Ninjas is thrilled to return for our 6th year at The Great New York State Fair.

Join us and help keep the fairgrounds clean!

Information for Applicants

(1) Application

Select a role and fill out an application below.

(2) Interview

If your application looks like a match, we’ll reach out to schedule a phone interview.

(2) Onboarding

Once your interview is complete, successful candidates will receive an email with a link to start filling out their onboarding forms.

(3) Scheduling

Once you’ve completed your onboarding forms, we will begin creating your schedule. Please be patient as we review your forms.

Available Shifts

Day: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Overnight: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

In-Person Onboarding Assistance

Dates: Mon, Aug 24 (3:00 PM – 8:00PM) & Tues, Aug 25 = (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

Directions: We are located in the far corner, right next to the Horticulture Building.
